How to Join

Annual Membership Dues = $10 Per Association + $1.50 per Property Owner within the Association

Example:
Houston Heights Association = $50.00 + 41 Cottage Properties = 41 * $1.50 = $61.50
Total Annual Association Membership Fee = $102.50

Membership dues enable your association to be a voting member of the BSRA. Dues are payable annually by 30 June.

Invoices will be issued by our Treasurer. It is important to keep your contact information up to date with our Treasurer!

Affiliate Membership is also an option if you live in the area and are not part of an association. The affiliate member is a non-voting membership, but it allows the Affiliate member to participate in meetings, gives them access to all e-bulletins and participate in all aspects of the BSRA, with the exception of voting at Meetings. The affiliate membership fee is a nominal $5.00 fee payable annually by 30 June.

BSRA / Bayfield Ratepayers Municipal Debate – Sept 19, 2025 @10:00 AM

We are pleased to be jointly hosting a meeting of all candidates that Bayfield and the Lakeshore residents can vote for in the upcoming Municipal of Bluewater elections.

The meeting will be in the Upstairs of the Bayfield Recreation Center. All Candidates will be given a chance to speak. We will have a debate moderated by Robin Glenny. The race for Mayor, the Bayfield Ward and Stanley West will have a debate, while other relevant council positions (Hay West and Deputy Mayor are acclaimed).

Come out and see who is running and meet them in person!
